The Heritage OriGen Fund (HOF) is a closed-end five year venture fund that specializes in sourcing, vetting and aggressively commercializing the best-in-breed development stage enterprises in a curated portfolio. Our target companies enhance the value of existing real estate and municipalities, and aid in risk mitigation to owners and governments borne from the rising prevalence of water insecurity, food insecurity and growing demand for efficient power generation. We aim to deliver outsized profits to our shareholders by delivering increased value to properties, enhanced resiliency in these areas of critical infrastructure and reducing our communities’ exposure to infrastructure degradation and conflict.
The Heritage OriGen Fund benefits and collaborates with shared management and oversight of the Heritage Real Estate Fund (HREF), an invitation-only private equity real estate fund focused on acquiring and managing luxury office, luxury retail, industrial and next-gen self-storage assets along the East Coast and in the Sunbelt region of the United States. The fund targets strong risk-adjusted returns for accredited investors.
2. Who can invest in this fund?
